Where we deliver
We deliver to Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. We do not ship outside these three countries.
Bulgaria
Delivery is by Econt — to an office, a parcel machine or your address. The courier calculates the price from weight and address, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
You can pay by card or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available for orders from €10.
Romania and Greece
Delivery is by Speedy and costs €4.50 regardless of weight. Payment is by card — cash on delivery is not offered abroad.
Timing
- Orders placed by 17:00 on a working day ship the same day and arrive the next working day.
- Orders placed after 17:00 or at the weekend arrive within 2 working days.
- Orders that include hair sewn onto wefts take longer — we will tell you the exact lead time.
For deliveries in Bulgaria you may inspect the parcel before paying.
If something in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before sending the rest.
