- Orders to countries outside Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece are processed only after pre-payment.
4. Delivery
- Orders placed by 5:00 PM on business days will be delivered the next business day within Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece.
- Orders that include personalized services (such as weft hair customization) may require additional time for delivery.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be delivered within 2 business days.
- For international deliveries outside Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece, orders are shipped only after pre-payment. Delivery time depends on the customer’s location.
5. Returns and Complaints
- You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- If the product is defective or does not match the order, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
